Office Manager

Shelby began working for our practice in 2022, bringing with her several years of experience in medical front office, insurance billing, and data entry. She manages our scheduling, phones, insurance billing, and more as our virtual office manager. Shelby works from her home office in Indiana, and is happy to assist with any insurance questions you might have.

Kara holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in applied linguistics. She has more than 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and administration, and she is always happy to assist with your billing needs.
